Phillips Physical Rehabilitation Center is the only CARF-accredited inpatient rehabilitation program in western Wisconsin. Our skilled physicians, therapists and nurses are dedicated to providing high-quality, cost-effective rehabilitation services to patients and families. Both inpatients and outpatients benefit from the unique skills of our rehabilitation professionals.
