Neuroscience Center

The Neuroscience Center at Sacred Heart Hospital is committed to excellence in serving patients recovering from neurosurgery and other medical conditions involving the brain, spinal cord and nervous system. Our department also includes a neuro step-down unit where highly specialized neurological care is delivered by skilled physicians and nurses. Our staff utilizes a team approach to ensure that each patient receives the highest quality care available.

A Primary Stroke Center is also part of our Neuroscience Center. Our center’s partnership with our hospital’s Emergency Medical & Trauma Center and the Center for Imaging enables our medical staff to rapidly evaluate patients through the use of advanced neuro imaging and provide comprehensive care with proven treatment methods.
