Steve Ronstrom, President, Western Wisconsin Division, Hospital Sisters Health System
Steve Ronstrom joined Sacred Heart Hospital in 1998 as CEO. His priority is to minimize excess operating costs and reengineer management services to continue to provide a patient-focused system. Faye Deich, Chief Operating Officer
Under Faye Deich’s leadership, Sacred Heart Hospital has become one of western Wisconsin’s leading hospitals. She instituted a robust system of leadership development, employee reward and recognition and inspired staff excellence, which has resulted in high inpatient-satisfaction ratings. She continues to drive the organization to make high quality accomplishments while building relationships with patients on a regular basis. Amy Dwyer, Chief Nursing Officer
Amy Dwyer is responsible for daily acute care and nursing operations while overseeing more than 360 staff nurses. She holds staff accountable for quality care and patient satisfaction on a daily basis.
