About Us
The Communications Department at Sacred Heart Hospital is responsible for communicating the mission and values of the hospital and accurate information about hospital programs and services to employees, patients and the general public.
The department also handles all media inquiries, arranges interviews as requested and is responsible for the establishment and maintenance of media relations, community services/participation and communications via community publications and advertisements.
Working closely with Hospital Administration, the Communications Department assists in the development of effective communication strategies and materials and directs the hospital's participation in community events, including wellness fairs, first aid events, health screenings and fundraisers that benefit health-related organizations.
